GemsRoute consists of a cloud-based software service (SaaS) that provides stock, memo, receivables and production tracking for diamond and gold wholesalers, an approved buyer network connected to this service, and the GemsTrace traceability integration.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data when you register or use our platform:

• Name and surname
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name and related business information
• Stock, memo, receivables and production records entered into the platform

2. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Providing and improving our platform services
• Communication regarding your account and transactions
• Enhancing user experience and platform performance
• Complying with legal obligations

3. Sharing of Data

We share your personal data only with service providers needed to run the platform and, where required by law, with competent authorities: data is stored on DigitalOcean servers in Frankfurt (Germany, EU), and platform emails are sent via Resend. These transfers are carried out under the standard contract mechanism announced by the Board under Article 9 of the KVKK; this text will be updated once the contract and notification process is complete. When you use the GemsTrace transfer, information about the sold stone, the seller and buyer companies and the sale is sent to GemsTrace. Details on international transfers and GemsTrace are set out in the KVKK Notice (Turkish).
