1. General

By accessing or using GemsRoute, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of the Platform

GemsRoute consists of a cloud-based software service (SaaS) that provides stock, memo, receivables and production tracking for diamond and gold wholesalers, an approved buyer network connected to this service, and the GemsTrace traceability integration. In the approved buyer network, stones are listed by the seller and offers are handled between the parties; the platform does not act as a seller of listed products.

3. User Obligations

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• The platform may not be used for unlawful activities.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

GemsRoute is not responsible for disputes arising between buyers and suppliers.

5. Modifications

The company reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version shall prevail.
